Precise land surveying provides the groundwork for sound design and determines project success. Snyder & Associates, Inc. coordinates with project teams to provide the data that owners, contractors, and design professionals need to complete projects quickly and efficiently. Snyder & Associates has an immediate opening for an archaeologist. As a new position to our firm, this candidate has the flexibility to create their day-to-day schedules and fully develop this role within our team.
Projects, both local and non-local, will be mobilized from our Ankeny office and include tasks such as communication between team sectors, project planning, and management, supervising cultural resource inventories, assisting in compliance with various cultural resource-related laws and regulations, and writing and reviewing reports. A successful applicant will be independently motivated and organized.
